Responsibilities: As a founder of Phylanthropic Ventures, Phylip is responsible for identifying and implementing new growth strategies for the firm. As a leader within the organization, he is primarily focused on defining and implementing the investment philosophy, establishing key relationships, and executing against the goals set for the organization to achieve success.

Previous Experience: Phylip has worked as the Head of Business Development and Sales within the capital markets financial institutions. As a leader within these organization, he has primarily focused on collaborating across multiple business units to expand each organization’s market presence through new roundtables, while delivering innovative solutions to existing clients. Phylip received his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Morehouse College in Atlanta Georgia.

Responsibilities: As the Co-founder of Phylanthropic Ventures, Chinnu is responsible for identifying and evaluate the pertinent business risks to that may impact the growth of the company. As a seasoned in-house attorney, she has the executive leadership skills to full the legal needs of the firm.

Previous Experience: Chinnu has worked as Corporate Counsel within the most cutting-edge corporations based in New York City. Throughout her career she has drafted and negotiated complex legal commercial agreements for organizations such as The Department of Technology and Telecommunications. Corporate and Media transactions for ViaComCBS and Product Counsel for Saleforces’ Einstein Artificial Intelligence Platform. Chinnu received her Bachelor of Arts in Women’s Studies from The College of New Jersey and her Juris Doctorate from New York Law School.
